Students of all classes are welcome to attend our annual career fairs, which are co-sponsored by Hanover. Be sure to attend a prep workshop before you go to make the most of the opportunity, and read through our prep tips. Note: all fairs require you to sign up through the Levett Career Center by the established deadlines.

Collegiate Career Expo
Date: February 21, 2024. Primo Banquet and Conference Center South, Indianapolis: 10:00 - 2:00 PM
CCE typically hosts about 70 employers for positions concentrated in Indianapolis, but also including Chicago, Cincinnati, the Midwest region and national recruitment. Recruiters seek liberal arts students for permanent jobs and internships in: management, financial analysis, sales, marketing, accounting, social services and not-for-profits, government and law enforcement, computers, sciences, and communication, among others. For more information and a list of this year's employers, visit the CCE website beginning in January.
Students: Sign-up deadline is Monday, February 12, 2024.

Spotlight Career Fair
Spotlight is being reconfigured and may not be held in 2024.
Spotlight typically draws over 50 recruiters who are located in Kentucky, Cincinnati, or Indianapolis. Spotlight also has many types of organizations looking for a broad range of majors. Beginning in January, employer and graduate school registrants can be found by logging onto Handshake, then selecting "Events".

Teacher Candidate Interview Day (TCID)
February 27, 2024, Primo Banquet and Conference Center South, Indianapolis. 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM
TCID is a career fair for prospective teachers that has consistently proven itself to be a valuable program both for prospective teachers and for education employers. Hanover students have received both invitations for on-site interviews and job offers as a result of the fair. We strongly encourage your participation. For a listing of registered schools, visit the TCID website after January 15. Accounting Interview Day (AID)
September 21, 2023, Primo Banquet and Conference Center South, Indianapolis
AID includes CPA firms, government agencies, and companies who seek accounting program candidates for beginning career positions and internships. Competitive candidates generally are required to be eligible to sit for the State CPA exam. A list of firms participating in AID is available in September.
