Strategic Job Search: Plan a targeted, strategic job search to maximize your efforts and get the most out of your job search, because it is far more valuable to send 10 targeted résumés than it is to send 1,000 or more untargeted ones.  First, ask yourself what you are passionate about, or what activities energize you?  Look for clues from past work experience (good and bad).  Next, do a little digging. (Explore fields you think are interesting at O*Net > Find Occupations).  If you are unsure of your career interests, let the Career Center help you with that. For more tips, feel free to download our Job Search Guide, or stop by the Career Center to pick up a copy.
