Upcoming Events to Look Out For
Nonprofits: Ways to Contribute Alumni Panel: If you have an interest or are considering the possibility of nonprofit work as a future career, come to this panel! The Career Center is hosting a Nonprofits: Ways to Contribute Alumni Panel on Tues., Oct. 27 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in Lynn 120A. Topics to be discussed include opportunities within the field, a typical day at work, how to break into nonprofits, and more. Registration is encouraged via careercenter@hanover.edu.
Indiana Means Business Career Fair: The Indiana Means Business Career Fair is taking place on Wed., Oct. 28 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Indianapolis Downtown Marriott (350 W. Maryland St.). Students of all classes are welcome to attend this career fair, co-sponsored by Hanover. Be sure to register through the Career Center by Oct. 13, attend a prep workshop, and read through our prep tips. Premium Seat Sales/Event Coordinator Intern: Live Nation Entertainment in Indianapolis is looking for a Premium Seat Sales/Event Coordinator intern to learn about the sales process and event planning. Career and College Counselor: The Scott County Community Foundation is seeking an intern to serve as a Career and College Counselor by assisting high schools with counseling students on career and college plans.
